To many parents and families, making the decision to home school their children is often times mixed with trepidation and excitement. This is particularly true with students in upper-middle school and high school. The most daunting challenge is in the area of advanced math and science subjects.

Do you know some students are working on Pre-Calculus as early as in 8th Grade? What is your plan for honors Algebra I to AP Calculus? What about AP Biology, AP Chemistry or AP Physics?

In the coming weeks, Camelot Academy of Arts, Science and Technology (CAAST) will announce its special programs designed to assist home school families to overcome some of the challenges. The programs will be administered by highly qualified staff who have been home school parents and understand the special needs of the home school community. We will also designate a special area on this website for the home school community. It will be devoted to providing information and resources for the home school families.
